Our family has always been filled with Love. And in most loving families there are certain members from whom love emanates to all the other members. Aunt Kathy, you were such a person in our family. Many of my earliest happy childhood memories were centered on you and Uncle Tom and my cousins, who were really friends. I remember when your returned from Florida how happy I was that you were once again nearby. Your home was open and filled with warmth. There were always laughs, and there was always a feeling that you were appreciated. Your sense of humor will be with me forever. I know you suffered the last decades of life, and the way you suffered to me was Saintly, hence my nickname for you as we joked, "Our Lady of Baldwin." Your suffering now is over thank God. But your memory will live forever in my mind, and your positive influences on me and all of us in your family will also never fade. You will be missed always. Love your nephew, Brian Jr.

To Kathy's Family -- Kathy is at peace at last, thank God. May the memories of all the good years, and the love that surrounds you, bring all of you peace and comfort at this sad time for your family.

Kathy was a class behind me at St. Mary's in the old neighborhood, and I still remember her bright and constant smile. She was delightful and she and Tommy such a lovely couple.

May she rest in peace.

Sincerely, Mary Ellen McGroary
