Thoughts & Prayers

What a grand lady! I met Joan on the Alumnae/i Board in 1994 and was delighted to see her again, still involved, when I returned to the College in 2015. She will be missed so much by everyone - especially at CNR!!! May she rest in peace - her heavenly reward is so well deserved.

I was saddened to learn of Joan's passing. When I last saw her at the May CNR Alumnae/I Assn Board Meeting, she looked so well despite her recent medical reports. Brenna suggested that I ask if I could knit a prayer shawl for her and she said yes. I hope it was source of comfort for her. She was always devoted to CNR and she spent her life demonstrating the Ursuline values she held so dear. Eternal rest grant to her O Lord and may perpetual light shine upon her.

Charlotte and I were very sad to hear about Aunt Joan. She was a very special lady and a dear sister to my Dad. Loved the video, especially the shots from when they were kids.
